Our accomplishments, community events, and fundraising are not possible without the dedicated volunteers of our Sherbrooke Academy families.

If you enjoy organizing, labelling, counting, sorting, purchasing, be invovled during the school day, or sporadically can get involved; you are a PERFECT VOLUNTEER. But first, an approved judicial record is needed. 

How to get approved:

1) Get the form from the school secretary

2) Fill in the form and bring it to either school with two forms of identification (one must contain your address)

3) Secretaries submit the form to the Police Station (this takes several months)

Questions & Answers:

1) How long are Judicial form valid?   3 years

2) I have a Judicial form completed for work? Sorry, Judicial forms are school specific so another one needs to be completed.

3) Will the same judicial form be accepted for both Junior and Senior campus? Yes, the same form is accepted at both schools, for 3 years.

4) When should I submit my form? Make an appointment with the school secretary, but acceptance takes several months so think ahead!
