We are proud to offer Chocolate Academy classes by Enfant et Cie.! Students can sign up for an 8-week session for $190.

CHOCOLATE ACADEMY

IF YOU LOVE CHOCOLATE, THEN THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU! This course offers students the opportunity to gain insight into the fascinating world of chocolate. Students will learn about the history of chocolate, will sample a wide variety of chocolates from different sources learn about tempering, and create their very own chocolate masterpieces! Recipes include chocolate pudding, cupcakes, chocolate marshmallow bouquet, truffles, hot chocolate and more! Get ready to tantalize your tastebuds! *no nuts  

Junior campus: Thursdays from 2:45 to 3:45

Dates include: Oct 15, 22, 29; Nov 5,12, 19; Dec 3, 10

Senior campus: Fridays from 2:35 to 3:35 

Dates include: Oct 2, 9, 23, 30; Nov 6, 20; Dec 4, 11

Pick-up: Parents will have a 15-minute grace period to pick up their kids. The instructor will charge $1 per minute after that.

SAHAS profit: 30$/session

3.5% is added to the price for website fees.
