We are proud to offer Cooking classes by Enfant et Cie.! Students can sign up for an 8-week session for $190.

KIDCHEF NONNA'S PASTA LAB

Join us for a hands-on culinary adventure where young chefs will learn the art of making delicious homemade pasta from scratch! Children will practice rolling, shaping, filling, and preparing pasta using different methods and tools while building confidence in the kitchen and enjoying their tasty creations. Throughout the session, participants will:
• Make fresh handmade cavatelli served with a simple homemade tomato sauce.  Each child will also take home a container of fresh pasta to cook and share with their family.
• Learn how to use a pasta machine to create fresh fettuccine, topped with a delicious nut-free pesto
• Create easy and fun ravioli using wonton wrappers and flavorful fillings
•For the final class celebration, students will prepare their very own personal lasagna from start to finish — then sit down together to enjoy their homemade meal

Junior campus: Mondays from 2:45 to 3:45

Dates include: Oct 19, 26; Nov 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; Dec 7

Senior campus: Tuesdays from 2:35 to 3:35 for Non-Seed children and 3:40-4:40 for Seed children.

Dates include: Oct 20, 27; Nov 3, 10, 17, 24; Dec 1, 8

Pick-up: Parents will have a 15-minute grace period to pick up their kids. The instructor will charge $1 per minute after that.

SAHAS profit: 30$/session

3.5% is added to the price for website fees.
